Zusammenfassung

Mobileye in Munich seeks a Senior Engineering Program Manager to drive development and deployment of ADAS and self-driving tech. You will manage customer requirements, shape product concepts, and ensure timely delivery of software and hardware components across a cross‑functional team.

As the customer’s voice, you will orchestrate internal and external workflows, improve engineering processes, and scale teams to deliver new and existing products on schedule while maintaining quality and safety

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master’s/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing/leading software development projects or teams. Customer facing experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good experience with state-of-the-art program management tools (Jira, Confluence, SM Suite, Sharepoint).

Aufgaben

• Lead and own the development and launch of self-driving technology for exciting OEM customer projects.
• Become the customer’s voice to ensure successful product applications and implementation.
• Shape product requirements with a good understanding for underlying technology and a hands-on desire to experience the product on the road.
• Orchestrate working models and process structures between internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the delivery of SW- und HW components from initiation through delivery in accordance with the customer’s program timelines.
• Drive processes and tech improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and address customer needs at Mobileye.
• Help to build and scale cross-functional team structures with focus on the delivery of new or existing products.
• Requirements Management: Managed complex requirements (20k+) for ADAS systems, incl. lineage, test coverage, system architecture alignments
• Customer ticket management: Managed critical driving function and base tech customer ticket burndowns, incl. evidence tracing, negotiations of acceptance criteria, bundling etc.
• Driving Function application-Managed feature rollout of ADAS driving functions, performance testing, issue management, close colab with product and engineering teams.

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join our AV Program Management team who shares our passion for bringing ADAS and self-driving technology on the road. As an EPM, you will play a key role in the development and deployment of our products at the customer. You will manage customer requirements, establish sustainable project structures and ensure the delivery of SW and HW components for business-critical projects in a large-scale cross‑functional organization.

What will your job look like:
