About the role:

We are seeking aSenior Full Stack Engineering Managerwith deep expertise inbackend systems (TypeScript, microservices, cloud)to lead multiple engineering teams building thethe company Elements platform. While you will manage and support teams working across thefull stack(backend, frontend, platform infrastructure), yourtechnical depth and demonstrated experience in backend engineeringwill be crucial in guiding architecture, ensuring quality, and driving technical strategy.

This role blendspeople leadershipwithtechnical leadership: you will grow high-performing fullstack teams, define best practices across the stack, and remain hands-on in critical technical decisions to ensure our systems aresecure, scalable, and performant.

• Are skilled at balancingtechnical leadershipandpeople leadership, growing teams while staying engaged in critical technical decisions
