Job Description

• Develop vehicle drive quality and performance to satisfy the European customer requirements.
• Definition and implementation of EU specific vehicle drive quality and performance targets.
• Run detailed benchmark of competing models and brands in Europe.
• Close collaboration with development teams in our R&D centers in Wuhu & Shanghai (China) and the Europe market related subsidiaries (Marketing, Sales, Quality) from the technical and commercial perspective.

Requirements

• You have a Degree in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or comparable background.
• You have significant (>
• 3 years experience in a similar position for vehicle drive quality and performance (BEV, PHEV, ICE).
• You are able to balance vehicle & system targets to achieve regulatory compliance and a high level of customer acceptance.
• You have a good knowledge of PT test, application and simulation tools.
• You are willing to travel and have a valid European driving license.
• You are willing to work in an international and intercultural environment.
• You have a pro-active and self-motivated attitude.
• You are a good communicator with an open and structured mindset.
• You have good computer and presentation skills (MS Office, etc.).
• You are fluent in English.
• Mandarin skills advantageous.
