Infineon Technologies AG in Germany is seeking a (Senior) Engineer Package Design & Drafting (f/m/d) to join the Research & Development team. You will merge creativity with technical expertise to shape the future of technology in leadframe-based semiconductor packages and modules.

You will design and draft packages, create CAD drawings using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD, manage design data in SAP DMS, and collaborate with global teams on package designs and methodologies.

Qualifikationen

• A completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a comparable field.
• First experience in the mechanical design of semiconductor packages or modules.
• Sound knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Expertise in mechanical design standards (GD&T).
• Knowledge of design data and drawing management in SAP as well as semiconductor packaging, assembly and test technology processes.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in German and English.
