The position is full-time and can be located at the global headquarter in Holzminden, Germany or Rennes, France, with responsibility to manage cross-functional editorial teams and ensure high editorial standards.

• 8–15 years' experience in communications.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills in English.
• Fluent English and German; French is a strong plus.

Your Role

The Senior Editor (m/f/d) holds end-to-end editorial ownership of the Group's corporate narrative and shapes how communication projects are explained, contextualized and made meaningful for priority stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, compliance and narrative coherence across all mandatory and voluntary disclosures.
The position acts as the editorial authority, bridging regulatory requirements, strategic messaging and high editorial standards and combines strong editorial judgement, strategic thinking, and hands-on writing excellence.
This position is a fulltime position to be located at our global headquarter in Holzminden, Germany or Rennes, France.

• Owns the editorial leadership for all major communication projects.
• Translates complex topics into clear, accessible and stakeholder-oriented narratives, aligned with the Group's corporate storyline.
• Serves as the primary editorial interface with the business, ensuring alignment on disclosures, interpretation of requirements, approval logic and key messages.
• Defines and upholds editorial standards, narrative frameworks, templates and style guidelines for the content across formats and channels.
• Orchestrate internal contributors, providing clear editorial direction and quality control.
• Continuously improve storytelling narratives by integrating stakeholder feedback and best practices.

About You

• 8-15 years' experience in communications
• Outstanding writing and editing skills in English
• Strong strategic skills and understanding of products, creation of compelling stories, and business frameworks
• Proven ability to combine precision, judgement and storytelling on complex topics
• Credibility and confidence in senior, cross-functional environments
• Strong ability to work effectively under pressure
• Collaborative mindset
• Fluent English and German required, French is a strong plus
