• Collaborate with Finance on quarterly reporting, financial communication and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market developments, analyst expectations, and investor feedback to provide insights to management.
• Maintain and develop IR communication channels including the IR website and databases.

Your Role

As Investor Relations Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping and communicating Symrise’s equity story, acting as a trusted partner to senior management and a central interface to investors, analysts, and the international capital markets.

Your key responsibilties will involve:

• You support the development and execution of the investor relations strategy and help shape the company’s equity story.
• You serve as a key contact for investors, analysts, and other capital market stakeholders, maintaining and expanding long-term relationships.
• You work in close alignment with the Head of Investor Relations.
• You prepare and coordinate investor-facing materials, including earnings presentations, reports, Q&A documents, and management briefings.
• You organize, support and prepare capital market activities such as roadshows, investor meetings, earnings calls, conferences, Capital Markets Days, and the AGM.
• You collaborate closely with Finance and other functions on quarterly reporting, financial communication, and regulatory requirements.
• You monitor market developments, peer activities, analyst expectations, and investor feedback to provide relevant insights to management.
• You maintain and further develop investor relations communication channels, including the IR website and related databases

Your Profile

• You hold a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and have several years of experience in Investor Relations or a capital markets-related environment.
• A CIRO qualification would be beneficial.
• You possess strong knowledge of financial markets, valuation, financial reporting, and capital market regulations.
• You are able to translate complex financial and strategic topics into clear, compelling, and investor-ready communication.
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and use them to create insightful analyses and high-quality presentations for capital market audiences.
• You combine excellent communication and presentation skills with a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a high level of attention to detail.
• You work independently, take ownership, enjoy collaborating across functions, and are fluent in English and German.
