€70,000 – €90,000 (depending on experience) + Company Car / Benefits
Your Responsibilities
- Lead clients through the full project lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM / CE – from discovery and requirements workshops to solution design, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live support
- Take ownership of functional design for modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing, ensuring business needs are translated into effective solutions
- Advise clients on process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives, providing best practices for CRM adoption and utilisation
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure requirements are implemented effectively and integrations are delivered smoothly
- Deliver user training, documentation, and change management activities to drive successful adoption of Dynamics 365 CRM
- Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing expertise and helping them grow within the team
- Build long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for CRM-related matters
Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE projects
- Strong expertise in at least one core module, with the ability to configure and adapt solutions independently
- Experience in running workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications
- Solid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and how to extend CRM functionality
- Confident in client-facing situations, with strong presentation and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset with experience mentoring or guiding less experienced consultants
