countX, a Berlin-based SaaS company focused on EU VAT compliance, seeks a DevOps Engineer to own and scale AWS infrastructure, streamline deployments, and ensure high availability and security. You will collaborate with engineering teams to optimize delivery, cost, and reliability across services powered by AWS.

The candidate should have extensive AWS experience, CDK proficiency, and strong scripting skills to drive automation and observability. Hybrid work model in Berlin is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, S3, CloudFront, etc.).
• Proven experience with AWS CDK for Infrastructure as Code.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, etc.).
• Good scripting skills (TypeScript, Python, or Bash).
• Solid knowledge of Docker and container orchestration (ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and AWS best practices.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar).
