Zusammenfassung

ACCURIDS GmbH is hiring a Senior DevOps/Cloud Engineer to build and sustain our SaaS platform, manage AWS multi-account architecture, and enable secure, observable operations. You will work across on-prem and cloud environments, automate using Terraform and GitOps, and support product teams with reliable CI/CD pipelines.

The role demands strong English communication, a proactive mindset, and collaboration with security and compliance teams. Hybrid work with Cologne on-site presence is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
• Production exposure to major cloud provider (AWS preferred).
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiar with Terraform and declarative GitOps (ArgoCD/Kargo).
• Knowledge of cloud security tooling, monitoring/observability.

Aufgaben

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot customer installations in SaaS and on-prem deployments.
• Operate and scale AWS infrastructure including multi-account setups, EKS, RDS, S3, networking, and IAM.
• Support product ops by extending GitLab CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Develop the Accurids SaaS platform stack with IaC, identity management, and observability.
• Drive security posture with log reviews, vulnerability scanning, and ISO 27001 alignment.
• Ensure resilience and documentation through a robust, scalable architecture.
