Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Munich seeks a skilled digital design engineer to design digital blocks such as control logic, BIST and DfT using semi-custom methodology.

You will participate in logic synthesis constraints, P&R, functional and gate level verification, and equivalence checking for silicon validation. The candidate should have RTL coding experience (Verilog/VHDL), place and route know-how, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in RTL coding of digital blocks with Verilog or VHDL and simulations.
• Familiarity with full-custom and semi-custom design methodologies.
• Experience in place and route and RTL/gate level verification.

Responsibilities

• Design digital blocks such as control logic, BIST and DfT using semi-custom methods.
• Contribute to logic synthesis constraints, P&R and verification activities.
• Perform Equivalence Checking and silicon validation.
• Prepare documentation and report progress to stakeholders.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
