United Skills Agency is looking for a (Senior) Data Scientist (f/m/d) to join a fintech client in Germany. You will work within an established digital team, collaborating with fellow data scientists and analysts to build impactful analytics solutions.

Qualifications include a quantitative degree, 3+ years in analytics (or 1 year for junior), Python and SQL proficiency, and knowledge of Spark with cloud experience (Azure/Databricks preferred). German is a plus but not required.

Our client, an established fin-tech company and is looking for a Data Scientist (multiple Openings) to join the team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be part of an established digital team and expected to collaborate with fellow Data Scientists and Analysts on a daily basis. Working with passionate and driven professionals requires excellent interpersonal, communication and technical skills.

Your Profile:

Degree in quantitative economics, computer science, data science, statistics, informatics, mathematics, engineering, or a related discipline

Experience working on projects that have been successful in analytics, data science, or field consulting for at least three years (or one year for a junior)

Solid expertise in at least two of the following areas: simulations, optimization, machine learning, and optimization

Python proficiency and familiarity with SQL are prerequisites

Aability to comprehend business difficulties and procedures rapidly and convert them into technical models

Knowledge of Spark and experience running data science applications in cloud systems (ideally Azure / Databricks) are advantages

German is a plus but not a must have
