United States Digital Space LLC in Berlin is seeking a mid-level Data Scientist to join our outbound data science team. You will work on machine learning and AI-based data architecture to improve and maintain products, collaborating with data scientists, lead developers, product management, and business owners.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, proficiency in Python, ML libraries, and deploying models.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in a startup or fintech company.
• Experience with Python and data processing packages (e.g. Pandas, Numpy).
• Familiarity with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Track-record of successful projects using machine learning to solve business problems.
• Experience with agile development practices such as TDD/BDD, continuous integration, refactoring, code reviews, etc.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
