We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist (Generative AI) with a passion for consulting and developing modern AI solutions. For our AI team, we are now looking for reinforcement and enrichment through your experience at our locations in Eschborn near Frankfurt or in Berlin. Your field of activity includes:

• As a Senior Data Scientist, you work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, advise them, and develop innovative AI solutions with your technical expertise
• You have excellent knowledge in the field of machine learning for solving clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, simulation, and optimization problems with large datasets
• You lead AI projects and undertake the mentoring of team members
• You are responsible for integrating LLM and NLP-driven solutions within business processes in various industries
• You analyze and interpret complex data and visualize the results for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You develop data pipelines and data management strategies to support AI projects
• You collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and create strategic recommendations based on insights from the data
• You develop best practices and promote an open culture of knowledge exchange within the team
• You present solution concepts
• You assist in the acquisition of new projects and in pre-sales
• You continuously develop our service portfolio

What makes you stand out:

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics)
• 3-5 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning, and Data Mining
• Proven experience with Generative AI, especially LLMs (Large Language Models) and LangChain
• Experience in Python and other programming languages
• Knowledge in data and feature engineering as well as statistical analysis
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex multidisciplinary projects
• Very good command of German and English
