Zusammenfassung

PAIR Finance is seeking a seasoned Data Scientist to join our international team transforming debt collection with AI. You will optimize our data architecture and lead ML-driven improvements, including deployment of open-source LLMs, model fine-tuning, and evaluation.

Collaboration with data scientists, developers, product management, and business owners is essential. We value hands-on expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud infrastructure, plus English fluency.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
• 6+ years experience as Data Scientist, ideally in a startup or fintech company.
• Extensive experience with deployment of open source LLMs (hosting, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation).
• Experience automating complex processes using LLMs, reducing latency and increasing efficiency.
• Deep knowledge of server management, GPU orchestration, and computational optimization techniques.
• Experience with Python and data processing packages (Pandas, Numpy) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, scikit-learn, transformers).
• Familiarity with web frameworks like Flask or FastAPI.
• Deep knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with agile development practices (TDD/BDD, CI, refactoring, code reviews).
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions, such as AWS.
• Reinforcement learning experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
