Zusammenfassung

PAIR Finance is seeking an experienced Data Scientist to help build and refine our data architecture and ML-driven product. You will work on cutting-edge AI projects, including reinforcement learning and LLMs, in a fast-moving fintech environment.

The role requires deep Python expertise, strong English communication, and hands-on experience deploying ML models. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to dive into data and get hands dirty.
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Familiarity with Flask or FastAPI web frameworks.
• Extensive experience with Python and data processing packages (Pandas, Numpy) and ML frameworks (pytorch, scikit-learn, transformers).
• Impressive track-record of ML projects solving business problems.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions, such as AWS.
• Experience with agile development practices (TDD/BDD, CI, refactoring, code reviews).
• Deep knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or similar.
• 6+ years experience as Data Scientist, ideally in a startup or fintech company.
• Extensive deployment experience with open source LLMs (hosting, fine-tuning, evaluation).
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning would be a strong plus.
