Zusammenfassung

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to own our marketing data products and drive the data capabilities that empower customer acquisition, retention, and measurement across the organization.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful value and shape our data strategy in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Qualifikationen

  • 5+ years of experience in data product management or a similar product role with exposure to marketing data domains such as attribution, campaign analytics, CRM data, or paid media reporting.
  • Strong ability to gather and distill requirements from users and translate ambiguous needs into clear product definitions.
  • Fluency in BI/reporting tools (Tableau) and familiarity with data warehouse concepts; ability to query datasets and derive insights.

You will collaborate within a multidisciplinary environment that includes data engineers, analytics engineers, data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, ensuring our marketing data products deliver meaningful value and move the organisation’s strategy forward.

What you’ll do:

  • As aSenior Data Product Manager, you will define and execute the vision for our marketing data products, ensuring they support strategic businessobjectivesacross the organization.

  • You’lllead the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing data products(marketing performance reporting, BI dashboards, integration of new sources),from discovery to delivery, ensuring scalability, usability, and long-term value for marketing teams.

  • Gather and distil requirements from marketing stakeholders, translating them intoa clear visionand strategy into well-defined, prioritised solutions.

  • Work with partners tomaintainand refine the product roadmap, ensuring backlog prioritisation reflects business priorities, user needs, and technical considerations.

  • Proactivelyidentifyand evaluate opportunities where better data can unlock marketing performance.

  • You’llserve as the primary point of contact for marketing stakeholders, managing expectations, providing transparency into the roadmap, and ensuring alignment onobjectivesand outcomes.

  • You’lldrive the product discovery process,identifyingthe right problems to solve (theWHAT and WHY) and collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams on solutions (theHOW).

  • You’llmaintaina well-prioritized roadmap with clear milestones, delivering high-impact data features and capabilities to marketing teams.

  • Continuously improve your data products by embracing iterative delivery, collecting feedback, measuring performance, and refining both roadmap and features

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience: 5+ years of experience in data product management or a similar product role, with direct exposure to marketing data domains, example: attribution, campaign analytics, CRM data, or paid media performance reporting.

  • Product discovery mindset: Strong background in gathering and distilling requirements from users,validatinghypotheses, and translating ambiguous needs into clear product definitions.

  • Technical fluency: Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate closely with data engineers and analysts. You understand key data warehouse concepts, can query datasets to uncover insights, and are familiar with BI/reporting tools such as Tableau. Familiarity with marketing technology (CDPs, ad platforms, CRM systems, measurement tools) is a strong advantage.

  • Data-driven decision-making:Expertiseinleveragingqualitative and quantitative data to inform priorities and measure success.

  • Outstanding communication: Ability to simplify complex data concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.

  • Data strategyexpertise: Understanding of data infrastructure, analytics, governance, and how to build data products that drive business value.

  • Collaboration:Demonstratedexperience coordinating cross-functional teams, influencing without authority, and driving alignment across business, engineering, analyticsengineeringand analytics teams.

  • Adaptability: Thrive in highly dynamic, uncertain, and fast-paced environments, embracing agility and change.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Driven by impact and outcomes rather than outputs. You proactivelyidentifynew opportunities, challenge assumptions, and help shape the evolution of our data capabilities.

  • Languageproficiency: Professional-level Business English isrequired.
