Emma is transforming the sleep industry and we invite driven graduates to join our marketplace team in Mexico City. You will analyze performance, coordinate between marketing and marketplace squads, and help test new initiatives while ensuring inventory and pricing integrity across platforms.

The role emphasizes learning, collaboration, and ownership from day one. Our hybrid policy supports a balanced work style with global growth opportunities and an international team driving innovative sleep

Qualifikationen

• Strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data.

• Assist in testing new marketplace initiatives and share feedback with the team.
• Monitor inventory across all platforms.
• Review pricing offers for accuracy and competitive positioning.
• Upload prices to each marketplace platform.
• Download and analyze weekly sales results and P&L data.
• Fill out marketplace tracking reports.
• Create weekly presentations of marketplace performance.
• Update unit economics monthly.

What you will do:
