Emma – The Sleep Company in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead partnerships with creators across nano to macro scales. You will manage budgets, contracts and agency relationships, ensuring on-time delivery and compliant, performance-driven campaigns.

Fluent German and English, and a degree in business/marketing are required with 3+ years in influencer marketing to shape Emma's international growth.

What you'll do:

Who we're looking for:

• You are fluent in both English and German.
• You have completed a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field.
• You bring at least three years of proven experience in influencer marketing.
• You have a deep understanding of German social media platforms and audience behaviors.
• You're driven and passionate about making an impact, with a data-driven, analytical mindset.
• You work independently, taking initiative and managing projects with a structured, self-reliant approach.
• You communicate with confidence and are committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
