Padoa is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in Munich to lead migration of client data from legacy systems into Padoa solutions. You will build the data platform bricks to handle diverse sources while ensuring accuracy and scalability.

You will design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines, perform complex data fusion, and collaborate with the German team to deliver high-quality data integrations across our platform.

Qualifikationen

Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will join our growing Integration team. Your mission is critical to our success in Germany: ensuring the complete and structured migration of data from our clients' legacy business software to padoa solutions.

You will be responsible for building the technical bricks of our new Data Platform, ensuring it can handle diverse data sources while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

Key Missions

• Platform Engineering: Design and build the building blocks of the Data Platform to facilitate seamless data ingestion and integration.
• Complex Data Fusion: Develop robust tools to merge and reconcile data from multiple legacy systems (CRM focus) into padoa’s ecosystem.
• Technical Excellence: Bridge technical gaps and optimize pipelines to ensure a smooth transition for our German clients.
• Advanced SQL: Perform deep database comparisons and mappings to ensure data integrity during large-scale migrations.

Profile

• Experience: 6+ years in Data Engineering, with a proven track record in building scalable data architectures.
• Technical Skills: Expert in SQL and ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• Mindset: Proactive, strategic, and capable of solving complex technical challenges in a bi-national environment.
• Languages: Fluent in German. Strong English and/or French skills are required to collaborate with the French HQ.
