The position of Senior Data Engineer (f|m|x) is offered as full-time or part-time.

About your new role

1. As part of Team CRM Tech in the Engineering department, you will provide a strong foundation for business growth on cloud-based infrastructure (AWS) and robust platform products.

2. Drive the ongoing improvement of core products like 'identity resolution' and CRM tech platform, including ETL pipelines, ensuring compliant data integration from distributed sources to support retention strategies with a focus on reliability and scalability.

3. Write testable, maintainable, high-quality code and take operational responsibility for developed components.

4. Adopt a pragmatic and adaptable approach to evolving requirements, delivering lightweight and flexible solutions to stakeholder problems.

5. Own your work and be accountable, balancing implementation effort with expected value to achieve meaningful and cost-effective outcomes.

Skills & Requirements

Tech skills

1. Experience in setting up and optimizing ETL pipelines for data extraction and transformation.

2. Ability to understand and work with data, perform transformations, and map between different data formats or models; familiarity with data pipelines, schemas, and integration points.

3. Several years of professional experience with Python and Typescript, and proficiency with SQL, Spark, and orchestration tools like Airflow.

4. Proficiency in developing, designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based applications, especially AWS services such as Lambdas, S3, and RedShift. Hands-on experience with AWS-CDK, SQS, SNS, Kafka, and Aiven is a plus.
