The role

As a Senior Data Analyst in the Production & DASH team youll be part of the Fulfillment organization. Your main focus is to build metrics dashboards and analyses based on production data to support stakeholders with decision-making for production optimization and to enable reliable production monitoring. Youll be the central point of contact for data and analytics questions. Your experience in analytics and related technologiescombined with strong communication stakeholder management and organizational skillswill have a tangible impact on company performance.

What youll do

• Build & maintain a KPI framework: Define measure and standardize key production metrics (e.g. throughput utilization first-time-right lead time OEE) including clear data and terminology definitions.
• Dashboards & monitoring: Develop automate and maintain impactful Grafana dashboards for real-time monitoring including alerting / thresholds and SLA / SLO tracking.
• Root-cause & variance analyses (supporting): Use data to identify bottlenecks quality issues and process deviations across production and fulfillment flows and quantify impact. You prepare decision-ready insights; action design and execution are handled by the responsible teams.
• Ad-hoc analyses & reporting: Answer time-critical operational questions (e.g. shift / day / week views) and provide reliable recurring reports.
• Stakeholder communication & decision support: Communicate results clearly and concisely highlight the so what and make options risks and potential impact transparent.
• Data quality & pipelines: Collaborate closely with Product / Data Engineering to ensure stable data models ETL processes data contracts and quality checks.
• Incident support & post-incident reviews: Provide structured analytical support during incidents and share relevant learnings afterward.
