Dow Polyurethanes & CAV is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Manager (m / f / d) within our Chlor-Alkali Vinyl business in Europe . In this role you will lead the development and management of both existing and new customer relationships driving sales of Dows products and solutions while uncovering new opportunities to meet evolving customer needs.
Your focus will be on expanding market share and capturing growth opportunities across the business portfolio. Success in this role requires exceptional selling and negotiation capabilities a deep understanding of market dynamics and key stakeholders and the ability to identify industry trends that translate into profitable business outcomes.
You will be responsible for managing large complex and geographically diverse accounts with the primary goal of maintaining and growing them in alignment with the strategic sales and marketing plan. Your ability to energize and motivate others toward achieving sales targets will be key to your success.
