The Role
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Customer Excellence Division at LucaNet. This division includes Customer Success, Technical & Professional Services, and Support. In this role, you will analyze processes and metrics, implement strategies to improve efficiency, and create standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. What you'll do
- Analyze current processes, performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Set up robust monitoring systems and track efficiency improvements.
- Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide training and support to team members on new processes and SOPs.
- Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
What you bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a comparable qualification.
- Strong analytical skills and background in Data Science or Analytics.
- Proven experience in operations analysis, process improvement, and creating SOPs.
- Strong organizational skills, proficiency in process mapping and project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
