Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of logistics, co-pack, manufacturing and/or replenishment experience.
• Ability to solve problems and stay oriented to deadlines.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, including SAP processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data handling.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Be responsible for timely and accurate administration and replenishment of co-pack production.
• Support management with inventory and bill of material management.
• Manage weekly production purchase orders based on advised volumes and ensure timely closure.
• Ensure correct prices, WIP, and BOMs in weekly POs to prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate timely delivery of WIP and packaging items with co-packers and logistics centers.
• Resolve logistical, administrative and/or invoice related issues related to delivery failures.

You will lead co-packing operations in term of service, cost, health andsafety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will work with internal and external (third-party logistics vendors) business partners toensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. In addition, you will execute such activities as inventory management, interface monitoring, track and trace, claimsmanagement, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, risk management),tenders support and third-party performance management.

How you will contribute

You will:

Be responsible for the timely and accurate administration and replenishment ofco-packproduction

Support the management team by inventory and bill ofmaterial management

Manage weekly production purchase orders, creating PO’s based on advised volumes andensuring timely closure following completion of production.

Ensure that the prices, work in progress (WIP) SKU’s and bills of materials in weeklyproduction purchase orders are correct to prevent pricing, product costing and inventorydiscrepancies

Ensure the timely and effective delivery ofWIPand packaging items, supporting the co-packers, transport and distributioncenterswith short noticeWIPrequests to enable production in linewith plan

Resolve logistical, administrative and/or invoice related issues relating to delivery failures ormismatches

Monitor inbound and outbound transport movements to and from the co-packers
