A dynamic energy tech company in Munich seeks a content strategist to manage their content strategy and enhance brand narratives. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, manage multimedia production, and develop effective social media strategies. A degree in marketing or communications and three years of relevant experience are required. The role offers flexible working conditions, a modern workplace, and various employee benefits.
You will be responsible for managing our content strategy end-to-end, ensuring consistent and compelling brand narratives across our channels, and driving forward our growth story in the dynamic energytech space. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams, and manage a variety of content formats.
Content writing: Create engaging, SEO-optimized content that translates technical and complex topics into compelling stories with a clear message and target group. Oversee the development of and proofreading for glossaries for thought leadership, blogs that deep dive into product developments or market trends, as well as well-researched long-form reports aimed at lead generation.Multimedia production: Manage and host our monthly company podcast – from ideation and guest coordination to scripting, recording and promotion. Develop scripts and storyboards for video campaigns and translate content ideas into visuals, infographics, social media assets with the help of the design team.
Social Media:Develop content to enhance our social media following and engagement (especially LinkedIn and Instagram) – including planning, copy-writing, creative execution and performance optimization. You always stay on top of the latest trends and create viral posts to strategically maximize reach.Content planning & strategy: Develop and maintain a content calendar, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure deadlines are always met. Analyze content performance across the customer journey and optimize the messaging across each phase. You also support other tasks, such as event organization or the development of sales slides.
