We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects from concept through to handover. You will act as the primary interface between clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.

You will oversee all phases: pre-construction, design management, construction, testing, commissioning and handover; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; manage procurement

• Manage project scope, programme, cost, quality, and risk.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams including design consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
• Drive design management activities and ensure alignment between project objectives and technical requirements.
• Monitor project performance against programme milestones and commercial targets.
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Manage procurement activities and support contract administration processes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while implementing effective solutions.
• Oversee construction, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting future business development opportunities.

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-value projects from concept through to completion.

This position offers the opportunity to work with global developers, technology companies, investors, and contractors on some of the most technically challenging and strategically important projects in the market.

As Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, overseeing all phases of delivery including pre-construction, design management, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

You will act as the key interface between clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
