HOW YOU'LL IMPACT
Holistic project management. With your expertise in marketing and your commercial mindset you will design and implement tailored strategies to optimize marketing procurement for our clients. This includes analyzing existing approaches, refining cost structures, and implementing best practices aligned with industry-specific needs.
Broad range of challenges. You will manage a broad client portfolio and have the opportunity for project assignments for clients in various industries, including retail, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and many more.
Intensive client consulting. Collaborate closely with clients and internal as well as external stakeholders, prepare and conduct workshops, pitches, and negotiations. You will present innovative concepts and solutions, serve as a trusted advisor, and build credibility quickly through your marketing experience and commercial acumen.
Specific development. Your expertise will not only drive client success but will also contribute to our Center of Excellence in Indirect Spend. First-class learning formats and diverse development opportunities enable you to expand both your consulting and sourcing skillset.
Professional leadership. Take on early leadership responsibilities by guiding consultants and interns within your team. Share knowledge, methods, and your marketing know-how to help others grow.
University degree with above-average grades and 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a marketing, media, or consulting environment (e.g. as an Account Manager).
Proven experience in a client-facing or advisory role, with a strong commercial mindset in areas such as pricing, buying, negotiation, or pitching.
Solid marketing expertise is essential – a deep understanding of marketing operations, agency dynamics, and customer orientation. Procurement and sourcing experience is a plus.
Ability to think analytically, be flexible with mobility, have enthusiasm for new tasks and gain pleasure from performance-driven work.
You thrive in a team, stay grounded, treat others with fairness, and bring authenticity to every interaction.
Confident appearance in an international environment, business fluent in both German and English.
