This role focuses on leading discovery workshops, analyzing ITSM processes, and guiding delivery across project lifecycles, including pre-sales support and proposal contributions.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery and scoping workshops to understand customer objectives, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Analyze existing service management processes and recommend improvements based on ITSM best practices.
• Advise customers across ITSM practices such as incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, asset and configuration management.
• Translate business needs into high-level solution designs, roadmaps, and configuration blueprints.
• Produce clear deliverables including discovery outputs, process maps, Solution Design Documents, and decision logs.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants and Architects to validate feasibility and scalability.
• Own the solution intent throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.
• Support delivery teams by clarifying business context and requirements when questions arise.
• Facilitate solution checkpoints and design reviews with stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities with discovery insights and solution recommendations.
• Contribute to proposals and Statements of Work to clarify scope and risks.
• Identify opportunities for optimization and expansion within customer relationships.
