Valiantys, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, seeks a Senior Leader to drive the regional ESM Practice strategy in collaboration with the Global Head of Practice. You will oversee consulting excellence, delivery quality, and commercial performance while developing ESM solutions and IP.

As a senior advisor to strategic clients, you will strengthen partnerships with Atlassian, lead Principal Consultants and Product Owners, and set clear objectives to foster high performance.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Professional Services or Consulting leader.
• Strong track record of leading teams and complex engagements.
• Fluent in English; able to thrive in an international environment.

• Oversee complex engagements, ensure delivery quality, and partner with Delivery Management for capacity planning.
• Lead and develop Principal Consultants and Product Owners, setting clear objectives.
