You support automation projects from initiation to deployment—analyzing processes, defining business requirements, and coordinating solution design, testing, and acceptance. You ensure delivery quality and stakeholder alignment in an agile, collaborative environment. - Process Optimization & Advisory:
You advise business units on process improvement and automation potential. You assess end-to-end processes, identify standardization and simplification opportunities, and develop scalable automation roadmaps in collaboration with process owners and architects. - Development & Quality Assurance:
You contribute to bot development and UAT execution, validating performance, documenting results, and ensuring lessons learned are implemented. You support release activities and ensure adherence to defined QA and governance standards. - Compliance, Security & Innovation:
You ensure automation documentation complies with GDPR, security, and audit requirements. You identify AI-enhanced automation use cases (e.g., OCR, NLP, LLMs), evaluate feasibility, and collaborate with experts to connect innovation with tangible business value.
In order to be prepared for your path as Senior Consultant for Intelligent Automation, you bring the following qualifications in your luggage:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, and at least 4–6 years of experience in RPA consulting, business process analysis, or automation project delivery within enterprise environments.
