As part of our Central Europe Country Management Team, you will take ownership for financial steering, investment analysis, and governance topics across our regional entities.
Based in Hamburg, you’ll work at the interface between finance, transactions, and business operations – combining analytical depth with entrepreneurial responsibility.
This is your job :
Share responsibility for the financial performance of our regional entities and build strong partnerships with management and colleagues both at headquarters and locally.
Support companies in reporting, budgeting, and annual financial statements (Local GAAP & IFRS).
Contribute to acquisition and deal-related projects involving loan portfolios, real estate, or corporate transactions (M&A).
Support budget planning, governance processes, and audits across the region.
Broaden your expertise in finance and project management to prepare for a future leadership role.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
This is your profil :
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Strong background in Finance, Controlling, or Transaction Services – ideally with experience in financial reporting, performance analysis, or M&A-related topics.
Confident working with Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
Excellent command of English and good German skills (B2+) are required.
Analytical, communicative, and motivated – someone who enjoys connecting numbers with business impact.
