Job Description:

Tasks

• Conduct consulting projects focusing on strategic challenges of OEMs and suppliers in the global markets for aircraft, passenger and cargo drones
• Design and implement creative solutions along the product lifecycle, including streamlined product development, production processes, supply chain performance, digitalization, and sustainability
• Transform functional areas and entire companies towards customer-centric thinking and efficient end-to-end processes
• Support the acquisition and development of innovative consultancy projects
• Foster the international aerospace community and knowledge development

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in economics or aerospace engineering, ideally with MBA or PhD
• Several years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or the aerospace industry
• Knowledge in strategy development, process, and organizational design
• High process understanding across the value chain
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
