Stark Defence seeks a Senior Configuration Manager to lead configuration management for unmanned systems, establishing baselines, managing change control with engineering, and ensuring traceability from design to fielded products.
You will collaborate across systems engineering, hardware and software development, production and quality, building robust CM processes that withstand customer audits and support rapid development in a defence environment.

As a premier defence technology company, our mission is clear: to equip NATO Allies and their partners with next-generation autonomous defence platforms and advanced AI-driven software built to perform in the world’s most demanding environments.
We believe that true security stems from relentless innovation. By combining elite engineering talent with agile technology and an AI-native operational culture, Stark turns complex defence challenges into field-tested, multi-domain solutions.
Why Join Us?
Your Mission
You own configuration management for our unmanned systems, from the first baseline to the unit in the customer's hands. You set and hold the baselines, run change control with the engineering teams, and keep every drawing, document and software release traceable to the product it describes. You join a new configuration management team in Systems Engineering that is growing, with room for you to take on more responsibility.
The role sits between systems engineering, hardware and software development, production, quality and logistics support. Our products move from design iteration to series production quickly and under the scrutiny of defence customers and authorities, so you build configuration management that holds up in a customer audit and keeps pace with engineering.
