Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in shaping marketing and brand strategies across diverse markets to support business growth.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute communication strategies that support corporate objectives.
• Create high‑impact marketing and sales materials and lead generation of digital content with a focus on customer engagement and business development.
• Craft visually appealing materials with strong design skills, maintaining brand consistency and quality.
• Monitor communication KPIs, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements to optimize results.
• Mentor and guide a team of UI/UX and graphic designers, providing technical expertise, constructive feedback, and creative direction to elevate overall team output.
• Collaborate closely with management to ensure all designs align with organizational standards and brand vision, representing the company/client with precision.
• Maintain and organize an up‑to‑date internal database for design assets, including photography and video, ensuring quick and easy access to resources.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing or a comparable field of study.
• Proven experience in professional graphic design and within the corporate communication area (e.g., marketing, business development communications).
• Proficiency in design tools and software to create compelling visual content independently (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Microsoft Suite.
• Possess a solid understanding of Digital Marketing strategies and marketing concepts to ensure designs are optimized for maximum impact.
• CPUX or other design or UX related certifications.
