Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a (Senior) Client Manager Managed Services (f/m/d) to drive overlay sales nationwide from Düsseldorf to Berlin. You will collaborate with client managers, specialized sales, and delivery teams to win new business and expand existing contracts.

The role requires 3–5 years in service management sales, a technical or commercial background, and strong negotiation skills. We offer a structured onboarding, competitive commission, homeoffice options, a company car lease, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Technical or commercial training completed.
• Experience in service management.
• 3–5 years sales experience in service management.
• ITIL certification is a plus.
• Structured, precise, results-oriented work style.
• Strong negotiation skills and good punctuality.
• Fluent German (C1) and good English (spoken/written).

Responsibilities

• Drive overlay sales with clients and specialized teams.
• Support renewal activities with cross- and upselling.
• Independently manage client relationships from outreach to contract.
• Develop service pipelines with the account team.
• Assist cross-functional TS/Consulting, HW, SW/licensing.
• Provide inputs for service calculations during tenders.
• Prepare and support service and commercial approvals.
• Create service concepts and cost calculations independently.

Deine Aufgaben

• Overlay-Sales in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Client Managern / Specialized Sales Sec, DC, CX mit Fokus auf Neugeschäft.
• Unterstützung des Renewal-Geschäfts (Cross-/Upselling).
• Eigenständig Betreuung der Kunden - Anbahnung, Verhandlung, Vertragsabschluss.
• Entwicklung von Services Pipelines gemeinsam mit dem Account Team.
• Unterstützung in übergreifenden Bereichen TS/Consulting, HW, SW/Lizenzen.
• Vorgaben für Servicekalkulationen im Rahmen der Angebotserstellung im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen.
• Vorbereitung und Unterstützung von Service- und Commercial-Freigaben.
• Eigenständiges Erstellen von Servicekonzepten und Servicekalkulationen.

Das bringst Du mit

• Eine technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung.
• Erfahrung im Bereich Service Management.
• Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung im Bereich Service Management.
• ITIL Zertifizierung wünschenswert, aber nicht Voraussetzung.
• Strukturiertes Vorgehen verbunden mit einer sehr sorgfältigen, genauen und ergebnisorientierten Arbeitsweise.
• Verhandlungsgeschick und eine hohe Termintreue.
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1 level - sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein must have.
