Responsibilities
- Own the P&L for Sports Fashion and deliver breakout revenue and margin growth across marketplace and retail channels.
 - Set the commercial strategy end-to-end—assortment, pricing, promo, and media—built around seasonality and sports-moment spikes (launches, tournaments, race season).
 - Build joint business plans with tier-one brands and emerging labels; unlock exclusive drops, capsules, and athlete/club collaborations.
 - Differentiate the customer experience vs. major competitors with editorial storytelling, fit-tech, and data-driven personalization across the funnel.
 - Lead cross-functional execution with Marketing, Product, Ops, and CS to ensure flawless launches, supply health, and post-purchase delight.
 
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in category, account, or business development within a major e-commerce or brand environment—sportswear/sneakers/athleisure experience strongly preferred.
 - A track record of hitting sales targets while building brands, plus deep P&L ownership and strategic leadership.
 - European market fluency—consumer trends, price architecture, marketplace dynamics, and partner ecosystems. English & German required; French/other languages a strong plus.
 - Previous experience working with large sports retailers such as Nike, Adidas, Puma etc
