Qualifikationen

Contract Type: Permanent Full-Time Position. Please note that this is not a commuting contract.

Marabu Airlines is redefining leisure travel in Germany with a modern fleet of Airbus A320 NEO aircrafts. We are dedicated to delivering top-tier service, safety, and comfort to our passengers. As we expand, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional service and smooth onboard operations. If you’re an experienced SCCM on board of A320, we want to hear from you. Please provide proof of your SCCM rank from the current employer’s HR department.

Please note, the Conversion course will start at the beginning of 2026.

  • Age Requirement: 18+
  • Height Requirement: Minimum 158 cm
  • Education: Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification: Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation
  • Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
  • Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). All levels of German language proficiency are welcomed. A willingness to learn German to a higher level over time is encouraged.
  • Medical Fitness: Valid aeronautical medical certificate and ability to swim unassisted.
  • Experience: Currently flying as a Senior Cabin Crew member (minimum 12 months) on Airbus aircraft
  • Proof of Rank: Official SCCM rank documentation from current employer’s HR department is mandatory for this position. As well as Block Hours confirmation Letter.
  • Personal Traits: Leadership, strong communication, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Background Check: No criminal record.
  • You can reach the airport of your home base station within 60 minutes at any time

  • Passenger Experience Excellence – Set high standards for customer service and passenger comfort.
  • Safety & Compliance – Conduct pre-flight checks, manage emergency procedures, and uphold aviation regulations.
  • Onboard Sales & Promotions – Boost in-flight sales and contribute to promotional activities.
  • Communication & Reporting – Serve as the key link between flight crew and cabin crew, managing reports and incident documentation.
