The Senior Business Process Expert SAP Engineering Finance is a Member of the Competence Centre Finance and Controlling. In this role, you will provide support for rollouts of SAP-based templates in the EMEALA, AP, and NA regions, focusing on Finance and Controlling processes, structures, and settings.

Responsibilities include roll-back of new template functionalities to live countries, ensuring proper definition and implementation of finance and controlling processes according to business needs and international standards within Fresenius Medical Care's IT landscape. You will also support business units in maintaining and improving finance processes, performance measurement, and structures.

Main Tasks:

• Enhance and improve projects in Finance
• Support the setup of processes for the Centre of Excellence in Finance & Controlling, especially in General Ledger, Bank & Treasury, Tax, and Assets
• Act as a Single Point of Contact for inSITE projects and other assigned projects
• Support, prepare, and conduct training on system functionalities
• Analyze deviations, prepare documentation, and support solution design
• Prepare and support test executions
• Support migration activities during deployments
• Assist with cutover activities and post-go-live/hypercare support
• Provide support to live countries, investigate issues, and manage posting logic
• Maintain system structures and sets according to requirements
• Manage other finance-related projects and project teams
• Contribute to content creation, review, and, if needed, write user requirements specifications or functional descriptions

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in IT, operational finance, accounting, or controlling
• 8-10 years of experience using SAP finance and controlling modules with a good understanding of basic finance concepts
• S/4HANA knowledge required
• Experience with international ERP projects
• Understanding of cross-domain and cross-functional processes (End-to-End)
• Sound knowledge of SAP FI CO Modules
• Good knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS)
