Role Summary

(Senior) Business Process Consultant / Solution Architect (m/w/d) at ORBIS: responsible for designing and implementing scalable, AI‑enabled service solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Customer Service, Contact Center, and Field Service. Lead architecture, workshops, pre‑sales, mentoring, and ensure sustainable, secure end‑to‑end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end solutions; integrate AI features (Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, predictive analytics, automation).
• Ensure architecture decisions are sustainable, scalable, and future‑proof.
• Support clients through the entire project lifecycle and facilitate workshops.
• Develop service strategies that transform customer processes.
• Contribute to Microsoft competency development and mentor colleagues.
• Drive pre‑sales activities, proposal creation, and solution design.
• Act as catalyst for new technology and AI trends in the service domain.
