For our subsidiary, we’re looking for a strategic thinker and doer to drive business development with a focus on the Chinese market.

You think entrepreneurially, act globally, and navigate between cultures with ease? You understand Chinese business dynamics and know how to turn analysis into action? Then you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

As Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll work closely with the executive team to develop and implement key growth strategies, from partnerships to expansion initiatives and IPO preparation.

Your role at eClear

  • Collaborate directly with the executive team to shape and implement core business strategies, including international growth initiatives and IPO preparation.
  • Lead the development and management of strategic partnerships with Chinese customers, including handling contract negotiations.
  • Analyze markets, competitors, and company profiles to identify opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth.
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic decision-making for executives and investors.
  • Lead and coordinate business development projects, with a particular focus on China.
  • Present strategic options and growth opportunities to the executive board, leadership team, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support M&A activities and other board-level strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Maintain high availability and flexibility for travel, especially to China, Berlin, and Leipzig.

Dein Profil

What you bring

  • A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field, ideally with international exposure.
  • Several years of experience in business development, strategy consulting, or similar leadership roles, ideally with a strong focus on the Chinese market.
  • Proven understanding of Chinese business culture and experience working with stakeholders in China.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and experience in developing financial models and business cases.
  • Fluent Chinese and English language skills - both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication, a structured approach, and the ability to work independently.
  • High travel readiness and flexibility for international assignments.
