About the Role

We are seeking a (Senior) Brand Manager (m/w/d) RX for a dynamic, internationally established pharmaceutical company in Berlin. The role involves managing prescription drug brands, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating across functions and with international teams.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan, develop, execute, and monitor marketing activities, including product launches and campaigns.
  2. Develop and implement marketing strategies.
  3. Monitor sales and costs, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions.
  4. Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and international marketing.
  6. Participate in symposia, trade fairs, and congresses.
  7. Work with opinion leaders.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager in RX pharmaceuticals, preferably in specialty care.
  • Experience in marketing, brand management, and innovation.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Strong team spirit, communication skills, and sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational and structuring skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
