Link Snacks, the No. 1 protein snack manufacturer, seeks a Senior Brand Manager BiFi to drive brand strategy and activation in the DACH region. Based in Düsseldorf with a hybrid schedule, you will lead campaigns, launches, and performance improvements across the BiFi portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Shopper Marketing and Category teams, manage budgets, and act as a brand ambassador, delivering consumer-led growth while upholding LINK snacks values.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master's in BA, Marketing or similar field.
• 1–2 years in Consumer Marketing within FMCG international brands.
• Strong market knowledge of German FMCG (Retail & Out of Home).
• Fluent English and German.

Job Description

Make a difference by becoming part of the No. 1 protein snack manufacturer worldwide as Senior Brand Manager BiFi at Link Snacks.

In this position, you will drive the BiFi brand strategy, activation and performance to deliver sustainable brand and commercial growth in the DACH region.

Our spacious and modern HQ is located in the vibrant Amsterdam, and includes a highly international team, with more than 25 different nationalities. Our EMEA team is committed to continuing its impressive EMEA expansion, one bite at a time, and becoming the regional leader in branded protein snacks.

This position is based in Dusseldorf and you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager DACH.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead the execution of brand plans, campaigns and innovation projects while ensuring excellent day-to-day brand management.
• Execute the annual brand plan to deliver agreed brand and commercial objectives.
• Lead the implementation, optimisation and evaluation of ATL and BTL campaigns.
• Deliver innovation and renovation projects from concept to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and in full.
• Manage day-to-day brand performance, identifying opportunities to optimise campaigns, portfolio performance and in-market execution.
• Work closely with Shopper Marketing, Sales and Category teams to deliver compelling consumer propositions and activation plans.
• Monitor market, consumer and competitor performance and provide recommendations to improve brand execution.
• Support Sales and Shopper Marketing with brand, product and market information.
• Manage assigned marketing budgets effectively and within agreed guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining high standards of brand stewardship and living the LINK snacks values.
• Embracing the Link Snacks culture, incorporating its values into every day work life, acting as a culture ambassador and brand steward

Qualifications

EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit is required. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position. All applications must be submitted in English, as it is the company's corporate language.

To succed in this position we are looking for someone who brings:

• Bachelor' Degree and/or Master's Degree in BA, Marketing or similar field
• Minimum 1 / 2 years work experience in Consumer Marketing within FMCG International brands, with proven track record brand building.
• Experience in Consumer Research, Brand Analysis and Trade Marketing.
• Experience in executing strategies and managing projects.
• Strong market knowledge on German FMCG market (Retail and Out of Home)
• Entrepreneurial thinker, creative marketer, customer focused and result driven
• Action oriented and able to influence others through clear and concise communication
• Highly self-motivated
• Fluent English and German is mandatory
