Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor seeks an experienced technical lead for brand management platforms to design, implement and optimize Frontify, Papirfly, and DAM solutions. You will define integration architectures, governance models, and automation workflows to ensure scalable, high-quality asset management and processes.

The role requires strong API, data-model and CMS expertise, with German and English proficiency to collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience implementing and providing technical support for digital platforms (e.g., brand management, DAM, CMS, MarTech).
• Very good understanding of system architectures, integration logic and process design.
• Solid technical expertise around APIs (REST), webhooks and data models.
• Experience with automations (low-code/no-code or scripting-based).
• Experience structuring content/asset environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio Code.
• Experience with Node.js & Docker.
• Experience with Frontify, Papirfly, Bynder or similar is helpful but not mandatory.
• Very good knowledge of common CMS platforms is required.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Technical design, setup and further development of brand management platforms, particularly Frontify and Papirfly.
• Building scalable guideline and DAM structures including taxonomy, metadata model, naming conventions and governance.
• Configuration and optimization of role/permission management and workflows, including approval logic.
• Planning and implementation of integrations between brand management systems and adjacent tools.
• Development of API interfaces, webhooks and automations, for example for asset flows, approvals and sync logic.
• Support with SSO/identity topics, such as Azure AD/Okta.
• Technical coordination with providers and client IT regarding feasibility, specifications and roadmaps.
• Support in building a stable delivery model for AVERIQ Consultants with a focus on processes, quality and efficiency.
• Contributing to the development and further advancement of AI-supported processes for content, structuring, asset management and automation.
• Ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Adhering to and optimizing production processes.
• Implementing best practices to optimize workflows.
• Achieving value-creation goals and increasing customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with software providers, account, project management and brand consulting teams, as well as client stakeholders.
• Providing active technical leadership of implementation efforts and helping shape the establishment of the AVERIQ Consultants unit.
