Followred sucht einen erfahrenen (Senior) Brand Communication Consultant (m/w/d) zur Leitung von PR- und integrierten Kommunikationsstrategien. Sie bauen Beziehungen zu Kunden und Partnern auf und steuern Projekte mit einem Team von Experten.

Sie schätzen Budgets, planen Kosten eigenständig, arbeiten eng mit Freelancern und externen Dienstleistern zusammen und überwachen Ergebnisse, Qualität, Timing und Budget. Teamorientierung und eigenverantwortliches Handeln zeichnen Sie aus.

Qualifications

• Berufserfahrung in Beratung/Projektmanagement in Kommunikation, PR oder Marketing.
• Mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in traditionellen PR-Themen und Formaten.
• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Teamorientierung und Organisationstalent.
• Hochschulabschluss in Management, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft.

Responsibilities

(SENIOR) BRAND COMMUNICATION CONSULTANT (M/F/D)

• Building and maintaining trusting relationships with our clients and partners in the field of brand communication, particularly in the area of communications/PR
• Planning and implementation of PR and integrated communications strategies with a team of experts
• Independent cost estimation, coordination, and management of your projects
• Effective management of all involved trades, including freelancers and external service providers
• Operational oversight and in-depth understanding of your projects as a manager
• Performance monitoring and reporting, as well as ensuring quality, timing, and budget compliance

Your Profile

• Competence and a sense of responsibility in managing client budgets
• Interest in learning about a wide variety of topics
• Professional experience in consulting or project management related to communications, public relations, or marketing
• Several years of experience in traditional PR topics and formats, as well as a willingness to take the initiative and implement projects yourself—for example, by developing concepts and writing copy
• A college degree in management, marketing, or business administration
• Ability to work independently with a team-oriented attitude and strong organizational skills
• Experience in PR/Media Relations: Knowledge of the media landscape and proactive management of press and influencer contacts, mastery of the full range of traditional PR techniques
