Followred in Stuttgart is seeking a seasoned Social Media Consultant to manage client relationships and drive growth across platforms.

You will lead strategic consulting, coordinate influencer campaigns, and guide junior team members while ensuring on-time delivery and budget discipline. The role requires excellent German and English, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 4–5 years of experience in social media consulting at an agency.
• Proven experience in customer acquisition and strategic consulting.
• Experience in influencer marketing, including booking and managing creators.
• Excellent knowledge of all relevant platforms.
• Extensive expertise in paid social media.
• Strong understanding of content, target audiences, and brand management.
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, and strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management, budget responsibility, and economic relationships.
• Experience in preparing proposals, controlling, and billing.
• Excellent command of German and English.

• Independent management of campaigns and ongoing initiatives.
• Preparing and managing quotes, as well as overseeing billing and invoicing processes.
• Ensuring a consistently high level of implementation quality across all initiatives.
