Role Description

The company seeks a dynamic, technically proficient Senior Blockchain Engineer to accelerate technical development initiatives. The successful candidate will build critical components of the restaking ecosystem, drive crypto adoption, and create bridges between blockchain ecosystems. As part of a compact team, the engineer will have significant autonomy and opportunity for outsized impact.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Blockchain Engineer will:

• Design and implement next-generation restaking architecture through development of advanced smart contracts on EVM-compatible blockchains
• Create seamless restaking interoperability solutions, establishing the company as a cross-ecosystem connector
• Drive institutional restaking adoption by developing CLIs, sidecar programs, and SDKs that streamline enterprise integrations
• Collaborate with partners like EigenLayer and Kiln to advance restaking technology capabilities
• Contribute to both on-chain and off-chain technical infrastructure
• Help define and execute integration roadmaps for new restaking protocols in partnership with their engineering teams

Team Structure

The selected candidate will join a technical team of 5 developers focused on building cutting-edge products. The position reports directly to the CTO and involves close collaboration with the CPO and Smart Contract Team.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 4+ years of crypto industry experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of staking and restaking systems (shared security mechanisms, slashing, rewards, operator sets, AVSs, networks, Babylon core principles)
• Strong familiarity with Ethereum consensus mechanisms (Beacon Chain, rewards/slashing policies, client software, Obol DV Technology)
• Expertise in blockchain development:
  • Solidity (expert level): Ability to create efficient, optimized and secure smart contracts
  • Rust (intermediate level): Capability to develop and understand Rust smart contracts on Solana or other WASM ecosystems
  • Experience with indexing and monitoring on-chain data
