OKATIM Germany GmbH in Munich is seeking an experienced Avionics Systems Engineer to design and evolve electrical and avionics architectures for aircraft applications. You will take technical responsibility for integration and configuration of avionics, cockpit and electrical systems at aircraft level.

Responsibilities include defining and maintaining system requirements across development lifecycle, coordinating interfaces, and supporting certification activities under EASA Part 21 / Part 145

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in avionics and/or electrical systems engineering within the aerospace sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and avionics architectures, cockpit systems, electrical power systems and aircraft bus systems.
• Solid experience in requirements engineering, system interfaces and aircraft-level system integration.
• Familiarity with aerospace development and certification processes; experience within EASA Part 21 and/or Part 145 environments is highly desirable
• Good understanding of technical documentation, verification, testing and certification-related engineering activities
• Excellent English skills (C1); German language skills are an advantage
• Due to the security-sensitive nature of the position, citizenship of an EU or NATO member state and residence in Germany are required. Applications that do not meet these requirements cannot be considered.

• Coordinate technical topics with internal engineering teams, production, certification functions, suppliers and external partners
