Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Authorised Person to lead electrical safety on complex engineering and construction projects.

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for managing HV/MV/LV systems, including safe isolation, energisation, switching, and enforcing electrical safety procedures such as lock-out/tag-out and permit-to-work systems.

You will ensure compliance with all safety rules, review risk assessments and method statements, manage arc flash and electrical hazards, and oversee commissioning activities through to energisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with relevant certification
• Experience with HV/MV/LV switching and testing
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety systems and regulations
• Ability to manage high-risk activities and lead teams
• Competence in fault finding, testing, and commissioning processes
