Job summary

ODDO BHF SE in Frankfurt am Main sucht eine/n IT-Auditor/in zur Bewertung des Designs und der Wirksamkeit des internen Kontroll- und Risikomanagementsystems für ICT-Prozesse im Finanzbereich.

Sie beraten Fachbereiche zu ICT-Prozessen, unterstützen internationale Tests in Deutschland, Frankreich, der Schweiz und Tunesien und arbeiten an der Weiterentwicklung der Audit‑Methodik; gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich.

Qualifications

• Mehrere Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im IT-Audit im Finanzsektor.
• Starke Kenntnisse im IT-Risikomanagement und Drittanbieter-Risikomanagement.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.

Responsibilities

• Bewertung des Designs und der Wirksamkeit des internen Kontroll- und Risikomanagementsystems für ICT.
• Dokumentation von Prüfungsergebnissen und Verfolgung von Maßnahmen.
• Beratung von Fachbereichen zu ICT-Prozessen und Kontrollen.
• Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung der Audit-Methodik.

• Assessment of the design and effectiveness of the internal control and risk management system for ICT supporting business processes considering DORA, EBA guidelines, ISO standards, Cobit and ITIL requirements
• Documentation of audit results and follow-up of audit measures
• Advising specialist departments on the design of ICT processes and controls
• Participation in the continuous improvement of audit methodology
• Support for international testing and consulting processes in Germany, France, Switzerland, and Tunisia
• Degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of IT auditing in financial sector
• The ability to present complex issues clearly and conclusively is indispensable
• Sound methodological and technical knowledge in the areas of ICT Risk Management (including Cloud Computing and AI) and Third-Party Risk Management
• Good knowledge of related standards (DORA, Cobit, ITIL, ISO 27001/5, BSI-Grundschutz), corresponding subject-related certifications are desirable (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, ISO27001LA, ITIL)
• Experience in mass data analysis is desirable (e.g., Power BI)
• Confident in using common MS Office applications
• Strong planning, organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Very good German language skills and very good English
