The Role

• Commercial Asset Management services
• Management of relationship with institutional agencies
• Procuring, obtaining, and maintaining relevant insurances, including liaising with insurers as required
• Responsible for PPA Agreements
• Liaising with Technical Engineers who are responsible for the effective supervision and monitoring of the operation and maintenance services to maximise generated production
• Monitoring and commenting monthly / quarterly unaudited management reports in respect of the relevant projects (prepared by Financial Controller)
• Monitoring Forecasting and managing project cash flows, including approving any project related expenses (prepared by Financial Controller)
• Maintain and clean up master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contracts

The Person

The successful candidate will likely have :

• Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, legal, engineering, or other similar discipline
• Experience in Asset Management including stakeholder management
• Preferably, experienced within administration of solar parks or other renewable assets
• Experience in negotiating contracts along with proven ability to liaise with and manage / monitor contractors
• Experience in budget management; including monitoring and reporting
• German / English Language capabilities
